Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout with our courier, based on your delivery address, order weight and dimensions.
Shipping Overview
Orders are generally dispatched the next working day after full payment is received. XHG works with a network of courier and freight partners to provide the most efficient delivery service at the most reasonable price.
Fragile items such as cast iron, resin and glass are individually wrapped and boxed, and large or heavy items may ship via freight services. Please allow extra time for these deliveries, as some products may need to be ordered in and extra care and packaging is necessary to prepare them for transport.
Delivery & Receiving Your Order
- Our freight partners do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes — a street address is required.
- Unless otherwise arranged, you or someone on your behalf must be available to sign for the goods upon delivery and to assist the driver with unloading large, bulky or heavy items.
- All deliveries are unloaded only to the main entrance of the building/house.
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, an extra re-delivery charge will need to be paid before the freight is re-delivered.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please open and check all items thoroughly as soon as you receive them, and report any damaged or missing items to [email protected] within 24 hours. No damaged/missing item claims can be accepted after 48 hours of goods received.

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase, and goods are delivered within 2–6 business days from dispatch depending on your location — please allow more time for NT, WA, TAS and regional/remote areas. Delivery dates are estimates only and specific dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur from time to time, and transport companies may delay deliveries according to weather conditions — please allow extra time for delivery.
Inaccurate Address
A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us due to address discrepancies.
New Zealand Orders
We do not offer delivery to New Zealand. Orders can only be shipped to Australian addresses.
